Each Planet Fitness opens at a different time typically they open by 6 a.m. summer open 24 hours not all of them I go to many planet fitnesses around the country so everyone is different
The one in Fremont opens at 5am on Mondays and runs through Friday 24 hrs. The weekend it opens at 7am until 9 pm
