I have been a resident for 18 years and have lived in 2 apartments on the property. I wanted to give a shout out the maintenance team, specifically Jesus. He is always very prompt and very respectful of my home when completing any maintenance request. We all have many options when it comes to where we chose to live and I have to say that Jesus and property staff have been wonderful!

I had a very smooth transition moving into my new apartment. Deepa and Nancy in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. They helped guide me through the entire process and I got the apartment that I was looking for. I've been here for a few days, and the community is pretty quiet and haven't had any issues with anything. Also i put a maintenance request in online and it was fixed and resolved in one day. I was very surprised that the response was so fast. I am enjoying the spacious apartment compared to my previous apartments. I am looking forward to the next year living here and being a part of the Boulevard community.

Me and my family have been looking for an apartment for the last month and after countless tours, we stumbled upon Boulevard in Fremont. Looked at a 2 bedroom apartment which was just renovated and it looked great! The decision was easy to make! Mike, one of the leasing specialist, was very helpful throughout the whole process and has been transparent about all the steps to take when applying for an apartment! At the moment everything has checked out and we hope it stays that way throughout our stay here at Boulevard. Thanks Mike!

I have lived here for more than 1 year and a half. During my time in this community, I have enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and landscapes that it has. The whole unit is surrounded by native trees, birds, flowers and plants. In addition to green areas to travel and play children. They also have a pet park. Also our experience with the administration has been very positive. They have always maintained an active communication with us. The apartment has a labadora and dryer and a large backyard. The rental value is economical for the area. Public services are between 150 and 200 dollars. In general, the community is multicultural. Calm and respectful people. The unit is safe however they have been. Working on the implementation of more security. In conclusion, I recommend this community without a doubt a prosperous and beautiful place where you can live and enjoy the areas such as the pool, the jacuzzi and the barbecue area and the gym. !Recommendable!

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
