The apartment complex is clean and organized. Management takes there time to explain the process of their application and rules rather than leaving you to figure it out. Plus the apartments are very nice.

I am giving one star because there is no option of giving 0 star or minus (-) star. This place is ridiculous. When I signed the leased they never told or mentioned anywhere that apartment doesn't come with AC unit. This is so fake. This is the first time i have ever heard that apartment does not come with AC unit. But there are two heaters inside the apartment. Tried to call to leasing office but never get a hold of them. When i got the hold of management they are so rude and doesn't know how to talk or listen to customer problems. The lady was arguing with me and talking over me. They are ridiculously expensive and no compensation of the days i suffered here in the heat. They still want me to pay the bill for 3 days. And they told me if i want to get a new apartment with AC unit , it's come under different floor plans. They are so stupid. They just want to make money just by charging extra for no reason. They are very EXPENSIVE and RUDE. So please it's a request to everyone never get apartment with them. They will definitely ripped you off.

decent community but has a massive noise problem. This is the single reason im moving out of here. The lady in 204 yells at her kids and at other kids and other people right outside my patio. Despite closed windows and doors, her shrill yet loud void disrupts my meetings since im working from home. she constantly chattering right outside from early morning well into the evening. We have tried confronting her directly which met with denial and aggression. to add to this turmoil, the management is never responsive to complaints or pleas of residents. The leasing office has been closed since weeks and nobody answers the phone. We complained about the electric stove not working on day one. 6 months later, It still hasn't been resolved. It took several attempts and 2 months for closet doors to get fixed. Now we're leaving in the first month of jan. I don't recommend living here especially if ur working from home like most people are. I dont wanna call the cops and create a scene but i just might have to one of these days.

Not happy with Managent!! Sure the outside is real pretty but they don't take care of the problems, like bugs, that are problems inside the apartment. Our apartment is falling apart. It's extremely difficult to get maintenance to come and fix things like my screen door, my laundry door. When the maintenance workers use the blower the leaves and dirt will completely cover my front porch area. Now because our apartment goes downstairs they should blow in front of our door with the blower to keep our area clean. Nope they could care less very unprofessional. Tow truck company!!! I think they have a contract with them because the truck will come around all hours of the day and night and will tow your car if for one second its not parked In your own parking stall or an open one!! I'm very disappointed they would do that to their own tenets that pay to live here. .
