This place is awesome and the owner is a GREAT guy! Took my phone in for a screen repair and the pricing was super fair! Parts arrived on time. Communication was impeccable. Repairs were completed same day and as discussed. This seems to be an honest shop ran by an honest guy. The store was incredibly clean and professional looking too. I particularly loved that a TV was playing a children's movie. Great place. We'll be back!

Clifford I received your phone calls but have been backed up with repairs which is what I initially explained to you when you dropped off your tablet. I made it a point to express to you that there would be a wait before I was able to diagnose your tablet being that I was super backed up on other repairs. My business phone is a cellphone and my voicemail is full as I receive close to 100 calls a day and am not able to answer every call or check every voicemail especially when I have customers in store. I am a one man operation/business and try my best to take care of everyone I can. My apologies if I was unable to answer your phone calls. I appreciate that you have been patient and I'll do my best to make sure you are taken care of.
