My grandkids had been living here and loved it there. They had moved to Newark.one of them told me he was afraid because he seen lockouts movies. Bidwell Park used to be named Pathfinder Villge. Bidwell park has 3 beds/2 baths and 2beds/1 bath. Also they allow pets. New owner new look new name. Bidwell Park Fremont (Fremont) is very nice two pools one gym two laundry rooms and office and apartments. Now leasing!!

For the extremely expensive rent it's not worth it. As others say their stuff never works and they never take any deductions on rent when things arent working. For example the whole balcony was not available to us initially for a couple of months. Plus no one is ever in the office to help. The only helpful employees are maintenance. Props to the maintenance team, they're always working hard and helping tenants ! Note, one time during working hours the office was closed but I went through the second entrance and the employee was in a corner on the phone ignoring my knocks at the door. No decency .

I’ve only been living here for about 6 months barely and I’ve already had a bad experience. We didn’t get our door code set up till barley last month along with our mail key. Our parking spot is the worst. Already caused so many dents on my car due to a very complicated parking spot that I am paying for on top of that. I am yet still waiting for management to reach out to me how they said they would to exchange my parking space. Also there is no designated unloading zone! About a month ago, I was moving in a new mattress into my unit, i live on second floor and i am pregnant, so I left the pick up truck where I see everybody else unloading their vehicles since there is no appropriate designated area for it, and in less than 15 min they towed my pick up truck even tho the emergency lights were on indicating I would be back soon! Over the phone they said it would be 200 dollars, ended up paying 400 and something! They weren’t allowing me to get my baby’s stuff from the back of the truck either so all my baby clothes got soaked since it was raining that night! I reached out to management and they were no help. I think it’s super unfair that we are risking paying large amounts of money getting our car towed just to unload heavy objects from our cars. I would understand if there was a proper parking space to unload but there isn’t so it’s unfair that they took almost 500 dollars from me in less than 15 min. Their towing people were super rude and disrespectful! I never find anybody available in the office either and hardly get a message back. We haven’t properly received codes for pool area/laundry/or gym. I know a friend that also lives here that is how I was able to do laundry and even then, machines don’t even work left my clothes soaked. I’ve had such a horrible experience so far and it’s very disappointing. I honestly wouldn’t recommend living here. I was looking forward to a good relaxing experience since apartments are expensive on top of it. What we pay for isn’t worth the apartments and to think we still have a year left on the lease is very stressing.

I have been leaving here from almost 2 year. Its excellent apartment community. I really like the floor plan, very nice and clean apartments.I moved and lived in many apartments and this one is best so far. You hardly will need to contact anyone for maintenance, but if you do, here process is very simple raise request from portal and next day it will be resolved. All associates and people work in leasing office is very nice and co operative. Only thing missing is guest parking, but that you be able to manage by parking on road as guest don't come every day. If looking for new home/apartment I will surely recommend you should consider this apartments.
