Poor Apartment management(FPI Management). The move out due amount was not communicated properly.They didnt even email or make a phone call or mail me that amount was due.They have sent it to collections(impacting my credit score for due amount 600 USD).I even handover the keys.They remove the online account where you cannot even check your balance.This management was never communicative. Coming to apartments:Its right next to the railway tracks(Lot of noise when ever a train passes).I was working from home and had to mute my self in every meeting i attended. definitely dont recommend.

Excellent experience staying at Metro Fremont ! Safe, mixed nationals community, very calm, clean and managed. Enough parking available, clean pool & laundry services. Plenty of eating options at a walking distance, kindergarten, thornton junior high school near by Tracy, who is the property manager is very co-operative, reachable and takes feedback sincerely. You really feel like home !!

My husband and I had scheduled a tour here at 12pm. I got a confirmation text and a reminder. Upon arrival we walked in the front doors. The leasing office door had "will return at 1pm" sign. So we were obviously really confused. We tried to open the door but was locked. We decided to walk around to see if we could find anyone that could help us, but we didn't. After a text and a 5 minute wait we decided to leave. Super UNPROFESSIONAL. Still haven't received a reply to my text. Initial thoughts on building itself: Has a hotel vibe Has an interesting smell Walls are paper thin We kept hearing voices thinking people were walking down the halls, but no one was out. Note we are not from the area and drove an hour to get here 🙄

This is home for me and my family, I love the atmosphere and the manager. The people here are very real and respectful, peaceful and friendly I love living here. 8 years and happy, I could not ask for a better place to live, I call this home.
