I've lived here for almost a year and am overall very happy here. My move-in experience was really smooth, and the leasing office was incredibly helpful (thank you Indah!). I toured almost every apartment complex in Fremont before choosing the Presidio, and I made the right choice. The complex is very well maintained, and the management is responsive and amenable to resident issues. It's increasingly rare these days to find a management company that is not a private equity firm, which makes the Presidio a good pick. There are lots of families here, and while I don't have children, this seems like a great place for kids. Some areas of the complex can be a bit noisy during the day, so if you plan on working from home, I suggest choosing a unit with that in mind. My apartment faces the parking lot on the south side of the complex, and I've had no issue with noise. One issue to flag for prospective tenants is that while the units are clean and maintained, the insulation is a bit poor and the walls are on the thin side. This means that you can often hear neighbors through the wall, and the apartment can get pretty cold in the winter. There are electric baseboard heaters, but the apartment doesn't retain heat very well, so they're super inefficient and expensive to run. This is likely an issue with how the buildings were originally constructed in the 90's, so I don't think there's a whole lot that can be done after the fact, even with the renovations going on.

Absolutely 5 stars to not only the complex but to the leasing agents as well! Indah has been so great and responsive to all of our questions, she remembers my service animal (Tibbers) and when we came in to sign documents she even had treats for him. She has been amazing and helpful in every single way, I can't express enough how positive of an experience she has made this for us. So wonderful and kind! As for the complex, I've never lived somewhere so beautiful. It's so well maintained and the location is great. Parking is amazing and we're able to have guests over and not stress about where they will park. The security that monitors does a fantastic job as well.

We stayed for 3 years and moved out recently. Current management is too rude and I don't think they will ever change. We had few additional charges for not doing their job properly (tub reglaze) but they are charging us which I felt it's just stealing our money. We had few major issues where there was a leak from the roof in S302, there was continuous leaks in Kitchen sink for months in H206. We struggled for almost 1 year since the temporary fixes didn't work, broken patio door and they took 3 months to replace it and we got adjusted with all these without making any noise. But it's not how their management team treat us. I trust in GOD and I hope he will deliver his judgement to the management team at the appropriate time. We had very bad experiences with Presidio management. Apartment and Community is OK but very bad and worst management team.

Indah has been very helpful to help me and fiance move in to this apartment complex. She is very thorough and lets us know very clear on all the fee that we have to pay to move in, including parking permit and so on. She gives us a step by step process including great foods around the apartment. One thing though, we were supposed to move into a unit as planned, however they moved us to another unit last minute due to someone still lived in the former unit. I was very disappointed given the former unit located right in front of the main gate, and I thought it was a bit unprofessional and lacking in management to change our unit last minute. The fact that they would not compensate us either, and my fiance and I were about to go homeless for a week before they offer us a less preferred unit. Hopefully nothing like this happens again!

None. You have to pay $25/year for a parking permit to park your car in your designated spot. It's an additional sum amount for parking spaces not covered in the overhang. Pretty silly if you ask me.
Thank you for reaching out. Yes, every unit has a full size washer dryer.
No, they are all separate.
We do allow pets – deposit $500 per pet (2 pet minimum). Dog rent $50 a month and cat rent $35 a month. *dog breed restrictions apply
