***Management not taking serious ***** Dark out there not lights all over inside community not feel safe to walk at night Waterstone is hopeless. Everyday one car issue like glass broken or catalytic converter theft issue or mail theft After paying huge rent not getting security as required For the whole community they only have 2 cctv’s at the main entrance into leasing office and if thieves came in other way then they don’t have any footage.

i highly suggest that veterans stay away from renting here. we ran into issues with proving the GI bill as verified income. our leasing agent went on vacation and we had 0 follow up. after reaching out to them we were helped by someone else who never responded to our emails. anytime we try to call the office it is an automated response that hangs up on you. finally after going in to discuss the application we were told by the manager that he would review the documents and get back to us before 4. he did not reach out to me and let me know any updates at all.

Friday July 8 2022. At 7:20PM, I was in the apartment, heard someone using key to open the door. The person screwed key for almost 60 seconds, the lock of the door was moved a little bit. This made me very scary. I asked who's that, asked twice, the person said he went to the wrong room, and left through the evacuation exit of the floor. I called emergency service, the lady noted down the issue and left a message to courtesy officer. I was told to get the courtesy 's call back or visit within the night. But no call or visit afterwards at all.

I must say that the response from Michael ( leasing office ) was swift n satisfactory. My issue was resolved n was taken care of well. I hope there will be no such issue hence forth. Thank You Michael . This is my first time writing a review here as I am flustered with the cold response of the management . I have been a resident of these Aptmnts for over 8 yrs now. When my husband moved in, he was asked to pay a security deposit of a month’s s rent (much higher than the present $400-$500) as he had no credit rating then. After that every year, at the time of lease renewal, we have been requesting a refund for the extra amount we paid but in vain. It’s been falling on deaf ears. The emails, calls all were ignored. After so many years I am finally running out of patience with the management. The lack of response is annoying. They refuse to negotiate or even be considerate. It’s been the same pattern for the 8 yrs we have stayed here. There have been numerous persistent problems in these Aptmnts but sticking to my present concern for the time being. Hardly cud bring myself to give them a star.

I pay about 2400 here after water and trash
The rent for 1 bed nd 1 bath runs around 2200 you can add about 75-80 for utilities. Washing is shared and based on your usage, it may cost you about 30 per month
