I have been to the total wines many times but this time was great. So much selection and actually seem like there was more selection then other locations. But the crown jewel of this location is Michael. He took his time making suggestions, knew his alcohols and had a great personality that made me not want to leave. If you go there ask for him and you won't go wrong.

Honestly, this place is pretty damned good. It's rare that you'll find "the best" process, but they're always good. And, sometimes, they really are great. More importantly, this place has an awesome selection. I've seen craft brews that I've only seen in Northern Vermont show up in the coolers here. Great liquor selection, too... If you're a whiskey lover, this is an awesome place to browse. If I had my druthers, I'd drop the wife off at one of the nice clothing stores and then spend an hour seeing everything Total Wine and More has to offer. A quick walk through won't do it justice.

Moved to Walnut Creek close to a year ago and still come out to this location. Great customer service, hardly disappoint with what I need. I truly appreciate the positive attitude and energy of one of the managers at your store, unfortunately I don't know her name but wanted to say that energy didn't go unnoticed and it's well appreciated, retail is never easy but you do it with such ease.
