Horrible experience Never again I rented the place thinking it was convenient. Price was ok because they give you 5 hours Set up and clean up in the 5 hours so like a 3 hour event .oh and not to mention you have to pay insurance and additional $125 You rent a place for a PARTY where you assume people will have a good time , kids will play and maybe dance. Well I was wrong, At the end of the night I was told the scuff marks on the floor were unacceptable? As if we had done them on purpose That the kids were just playing and running way too much….im sorry ,WHAT DO KIDS DO AT A PARTY?the kids were in fact running around playing with balloons and other games.all kids under 8 years old /not being disruptive or running outside , just being kids! The person in charge at the center stands there and said I told the kids ….? Im sorry through out the day you got up constantly just to ask and disclose information But not once did you mention to an ADULT hey do you mind telling the kids not to play or whatever the problem was. End of the night a whole issue, all of a sudden it was the kids were running, those scuffs weren’t there, No problem we took them off.all in all to charge an extra $100 And a whole lot of unnecessary BS. Do your self a favor and have your event elsewhere! The insurance I guess is pointless unless you have a fire the person in charge disclosed. As im sure the Casano center may hold other community events that the community enjoys! MAKE SURE YOUR EVENT IS NOT ONE OF THEM!
