Reviewing a health system/service is an opportunity for me to appreciate the efforts of the providers who are providing the most precious services in the community. There are multiple buildings here and staff is very nice. Parking is a little bit tricky here so try to reach a little early if you want to reach at your appointment time. My family got vaccinations second and booster dose here. It’s crowded most of the time which means people really need these services more and more. Turn around time is more than what we expect possibly due to the crowd but should be improved to be honest. Parking is also tricky probably due to the same reason but no doubt it’s one of the biggest facilities in Bay Area. Once my spouse visited and it took almost 1.5 hours for the doctor to meet her.

Medical system needs a revolution… In 2022, Urgent Care opens only 4 hours a day Emergency has to wait for 1.5 hour to see a nurse… another 30 mins to see a doctor SMH. Then, the doctor asked everything the registration has asked when we checked in… The worst thing is no rough estimate wait time can be provided. If you have a second option, go directly there instead. Just ridiculous…

Very poor excuse for a hospital. The nurses are lazy mean and rude. My 89 year old father in law has been a patient there 4 times. Elder abuse would sum up how they treat him. He's lucky if he gets 2 meals a day.

Jaishree is the worst doctor I have ever met. Incompetent, arrogant and disrespectful. How she is a doctor is baffling to me. She looks like she hate’s her profession. Maybe flipping burgers is more suited to her skill set.

They just started a service with Beacon Healthcare. They will refer you to a therapist and you can go every week for 1 hour. Used to be a half hour every other week.
