The mother and daughter and on-site management team are rude and disrespectful for any slight “infractions” be prepared to be talked down to by them. Honestly it’s too bad the apartments are reasonable priced and nice just the unnecessary mother/daughter Team are the only problems to be had in these apartments.

First! The onsite management; mother and daughter team. Mother is in FL 10-11 months out of the year. Daughter lives in Buffalo but stays at townhouse Monday-Thursday for her job, she is a teacher and therefore non existant during the summer. These 2 women like to run the show, without being here. They discriminate; the daughter is the moms 'puppet'. If you have even the slightest issues plan to be talked dow to buy them. Its appalling! The property management company wants nothing to do with this property and is only in the office Tues and Thurs from 10-2. If you have an issue, plan on being referred back to the mother and daughter team who again is never here. This is poorly run, unfortunately, as it could be a good place. Don't plan it changing as it has apparently been this way for 20 years. Rules are made as they go. Rules are only for those that are disliked. Don't bring a dog, the nonexistent onsite manager hates them. Oh and the 4 star review below from Michelle. She is the daughter I speak of above! What does that tell you!!

There are lots of pros and cons living here. Cons - not up to date, really short shower head, rude maintenance man, stink bugs, over population of outdoor cats(lots of cat fights!), far away from Rochester, hard to move in and out with small uhaul Pros - cheap, 1.5 bath, allows pets, good sized living room, nice closets, has basement Overall I thought it was a nice temporary living space!
