Generally I do not write reviews, good, bad, or otherwise. But I had a customer experience I think is worth sharing. I had made an appointment a week prior to get new tires installed and an alignment done on my pickup. At the time the lady who scheduled me stated there were no appointments booked yet so I had any slot available. I showed up a week later 10 minutes early to my appointment with my tires in the bed of the truck (found a deal on tires elsewhere). The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. However, once I sat down and she handed the keys off to the mechanic, he started a rampage in the shop about how much he didnt want to do the job. He was the youngest of the three gentlemen there that day, dont know his name. He stated that "this guy (me) brought this (explicit language) truck in with 20 inch rims, his own tires, so we cant make any money on, and I have 8 other (explicit language) jobs to do today, Im not doing this." Yes, I heard all of it, the glass to the waiting room is paper thin. Out of fear my pickup would be messed up I did not confront him, so as to not make matters worse. After more ranting about it, he got my truck and started the job. An older gentlemen by the name of John seemed to have noticed I was the one he was ranting about and must have told him because things changed from there. I noticed the angry mechanic started to calm down, but was still complaining about the whole thing. After all of that, the job was done well, no damage or issues, and a fair price at checkout. I hate to write such a review, but this mechanic will not be trusted by me anymore.

Very clean and sterile waiting area and rest room
Honestly it can depend on vehicle, how urgent, the person. Im sure 30 bucks would get an alignment.?
