Really needs updating but the staff is awesome

Elderwood was basically a place for people to sleep. They didn't care or address patients dietary needs. For example: gave diabetics high glucose foods and juices repeatedly. Gave heart/kidney patients high sodium foods. Medicine distribution was unreliable and unprofessional. Care was subpar.

Abuse and neglect rampid they are awful to the residents the administration knows but don’t address.

My uncle was a resident there on the rehab floor. I cant say enough about the staff. He received great care in a positive enviorment. We are so pleased. Thank you Elderwood.

I find that this has happened to my mother also... I'm not so happy with the way they run the facility
Elderwood made a good purchase of buying Lakeside Beikirch Care Center. I thought LBCC was a good nursing home. I think they will take your suggestion into consideration.

If need be a nurse can get a doctor , dentist, etc. for your person.
