I am a first time customer and I am so happy with the selection of frames and prices but what will bring me back is the excellent customer service I received. I got great advice for my frame selection and the representative was knowledgeable about my insurance and available discounts and worked to get me a very good deal. More importantly, a few months after purchase I noticed a stress fracture forming at the edge of one of my new lenses and when I brought my glasses back to see what could be done I was immediately reassured that they could do something about it, I didn’t have to argue my case at all. Not only am I getting a replacement lens for the one with a crack BOTH lenses will be replaced to be certain my scratch protection is equal on both sides. I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time for new glasses.

This place is a total joke, unprofessional and rude employees. They want you to do their job, ask you to deal with your insurance companies. Whereas other optometrist take care of everything including pulling all the coverage papers but these people are too lazy to do that. And if you try to explain them they will just hang up on you while your are talking. I dont recommend anyone to go there, its total a waste to even call them . Run away.
