We are not tattoo or piercing family, just not our thing. However we have girls that wanted their ears pierced. The atmosphere was tactful for small kids (7 years old) and they did a fantastic job getting both girls prepped and pierced. Quick, sterile, and pain free for the girls. Very friendly staff and awesome business.

With parental consent, there is no minimum age. The parent or guardian should probably be present as well. A note will probably not suffice :)

If you are talking piercings, then I can say yes. If you are talking about tattoos, then I would say that it depends on which artists are there at any given time. It would also depend on the complexity of the work you want done. However, if they have someone there who made an appointment, you will have to wait. I would also be prepared to be turned away if they are extremely busy. Two of my tattoos were done as a walk-in, and two were done after I made an appointment. If you were to look at them, you could probably tell which ones are which (although I am happy with all four of them) :)
