Terrible customer service. The front desk straight up yelled at me that he didn't care and asked me to go directly to 1800-PICK-UPS to file a complaint against him. SMH 😂

I had priority delivery set up and the driver made 2 round turns around my unit never got off and tried to look for my unit. I witness this! Than I got a instant email saying the address was wrong! It’s been 5 days and finally figured out to reenter for a new label with the same address which was correct after so many ups calls who couldn’t figure out where the package was and even hung up on me …that it is at fremont Cushing drive and will be delivered tomm! I’ll believe it when I see it!!!! Terrible service!
