I haven't had any roaches. The maintenance staff is wonderful and keeps the buildings cleaned. My apartment is clean and haven't seen any pests in any common areas.
not true at all. places are very clean. I've been here for over 6 months. they vacuum thr halls weekly and every moth or 2 the shampoo them too. i love it here. fast to respond to matinence requests (havent had anything major, just little things like door not staying closed cause it swelled from humidity and the disposal not working cause wife broke glass in sink and some fell in it). outside is maintained well. people have dogs so just need to keep an eye out for the occasional "mines".
Ants, some beetles and some claw mouth thing I think I've had one roach in 2 years....but ants more...also on first floor
