I want to thank Bob and James from the maintenance department of Greenview Village for responding quickly to an emergency work order I placed. They responded within 30 minutes to my apartment. Both were courteous to me. After listening to me, as I described the issue, they assessed the situation and then resolved it within approximately 15 minutes. I appreciate their professional knowledge and skills.

I’ve been having so much issues with Greenview since palmer has bought them out. I’ve called left voicemails and emails not once have i gotten a call back! My boyfriends car got broken into WHILE PARKED IN OUR PARKING LOT smh i called Greenview to discuss something of it and NO CALL BACK. So unprofessional and the price They’re raising it is ridiculous for a 2 bedroom. I’ve complained about having cockroaches randomly come into our apartment. AND I ALSO GOT MY CAR TOWED!! On one of the snow day i called Greenview before they were gonna plow my building parking lot to talk to them about my car issue and they didn’t even anwer or called me back they just towed my car!!! And im a stay at home mom of 3 baby boys and now i lost my car to the impound lot and have no car thanks to Greenview 😊 Ian was the only person i liked working at the office he was super nice and just an awesome person! Made us feel welcomed at Greenview.

I want to give a shout out to the front office staff at Greenview. During the time I have lived at Greenview they have been prompt in addressing all of my questions and concerns whether it is related to maintenance in my apartment, getting cars registered, package delivery, etc. Recently a package came for me that went to a different building than I expected when I wasn't home and they held it for me in the front office until I could retrieve it later in the week. They are always helpful!

Great place to live when I first moved here. Ever since Palmer took over my rent was increased 15% from one year to the next. My car was towed while I was sick after reporting that I was sick to the leasing office. No one bothered to knock on my door to let me know that they needed me to move my car out of a legal parking space for snow removal. And then allowed the towing company to charge me $190 to get my car out of the lot which is 10% of my rent. Egregious landlords that do not care about tenants. Something needs to change, or no one's going to live here. Shopping for a new home. Cannot wait to leave. Update: Your response to all of this is absolutely not helpful. No one jacks rent on tenants like that. And most complexes treat their tenants better. It's clear by the reviews that this complex is going down hill. Reaponslding to reviews and blaming on on everyone but yourself doesn't fix the problems.

During the winter months each building has designated times when all vehicles must be removed from the residential parking lots. For any accumulating snow, your vehicle must be removed. The center of the parking lot will always be kept passable during a snowstorm. Our Maintenance team will take care of the shoveling and salting of all walkways and heavily trafficked areas.
Downtown Manchester is 4 miles away from Greenview Village.
The beautiful Greenview Village Clubhouse is available free of charge to residents who want to reserve the space for a private function.
Greenview Village does not allow grills of any kind, though we have designated grilling area’s throughout the community.
Greenview Village does accept and sign for packages.
Greenview Village has a team of well qualified maintenance professions that are available M-F 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Saturday, Sunday and anytime after hours the crew is available for emergency calls.
We do not have covered parking at Greenview Village.
The apartment homes at Greenview Village do not offer in unit laundry however most buildings have machines on every floor.

Each bedroom comes with a parking sticker. For example, a one-bedroom apartment would come with one parking spot; a two bedroom would come with two parking spots.
Greenview Village does have off street parking available at a first come first serve basis.

In regards to a security deposit it would either be $500 or one month's rent, it is contingent upon your credit so we won’t know for sure what you will owe until your credit is run.
By the start of your lease you are required to carry renters insurance and provide proof of insurance to the management office. Palmer feels that this policy not only protects our property but is also a great way to protect your belongings in case of a disaster at a low cost to you. The minimum policy that you are required to carry is $10,000 personal and $100,000 liability.
Greenview Village has an application fee of $35.00 per person (Anyone over 18 must apply). Application fees are non-refundable and are put toward the fees we incur to run your credit

The one bedroom apartment homes at Greenview Village range from $1,320-$1,405 per month. *All prices are subject to change.
Greenview Village does not offer 3-bedroom apartment homes.
Greenview Village does not offer studios, but we do have Jr One bedrooms.
We are a pet friendly community; however, we do have some breed restrictions. We do not have weight restrictions. Cats are an additional $35 per month per cat and dogs would be an additional $55 per month per dog.
The city bus stop is just a short walk away from Greenview Village.
A completed application with application fee is required. We perform a credit and criminal background check, employment/income verification (your rent cannot exceed 30% of your total household income) and landlord references must be done.
