Please be aware of this property especially if you have been a victim of identity theft. Upon applying and providing the necessary supporting documentation. The assistant manager rejected the documents because the banking statements only showed the monthly deposits (as requested) and the withdraws were redacted. I am not sure how or why purchases are needed, especially with subscription, account specific, and linking information. Requesting access to that information, directly violates the privacy act to have someone's banking account information, along with all there withdraw information. Other apartment communities with better ratings are not even requesting that, but instead only the depository information. After I declined to provide my account details, the assistant manager became very irate and unprofessional. I am filing a grievance with the better business bureau as well. Their is no protection for the consumer.
