Sarai personally handled my application & move in process. She did an phenomenal job! She kept in communication with me the entire time. She answered all my questions and resolved any minor concern very quickly. I even received a free $50 visa gift card to use as I pleased. Who doesn't love a little extra money 🙂. Honestly all the office staff members are just wonderful. I truly don't have any complaints. I'm loving my new apartment. It's very peaceful & quiet. Thanks Sarai & staff👍🏽

Good afternoon! Our apartment community has an income requirement that all applicants (combined) must make at least three times the rent of the apartment. We are looking at your gross income, without any overtime. Aside from the minimum income requirement, we do not offer units specifically for low-income households at this time. Our units start as low as $909 per month.
