I have lived here for a little over a year now and have absolutely loved it. Great location and so much to do nearby! I recently had to put in a maintenance request for the sink and fridge. Jose was amazing! Looked at it the same day and it was fixed the next. I was so impressed! I heard we got a new property manager in the office recently and you can already tell the difference.

Maintenance and office staff are very responsive! We had a few small issues when we moved in. José and Josh, who work in maintenance, came and fixed the AC and microwave very quickly. Emily, who works in the leasing office, has been very friendly pre and post move-in. Thanks guys!

Apartments were poorly built. If you love your peace and quiet- under no circumstances should you move into these apartment complexes. I could hear absolutely all of the upstairs tenants movements, conversations EVERYTHING! There are much better built apartments in the area for equivalent pricing. I understand all apartment complexes will come with some noise but trust me this was excessive to a point where it led me to terminate my lease early. Previous community manager, Lee McDaniel was AMAZING but new property manager: Patricia is no help on resolving any issues or even bothers getting back to you. Very disappointing when a change in management contributes to poor customer satisfaction. I am just extremely happy to be leaving and will warn everyone about this place because I’ve spent the worst last months in this place!
