This place is a dump! I lived there for six years, the 1st management company was great and tried to keep up maintenance after the 1st year there they changed management 3 times. Each company worst than the last. The management there now is Terrible! They don’t keep up the inside nor outside of the property. The entire time I was there I had leaks everywhere throughout the apartment, Roaches are rampant throughout the property. The entire I was there they cleaned the carpet which was old and wore out when I moved there once, that was the 1st management company. They never painted in 6 years. Management apparently thinks you are stock holders because they want You to purchase and replace dingy blinds with Your money. Not broken or torn up by you or anyone in your apartment, just dingy blinds which more than likely have been hanging in the window for ten or more years. The office manager is Rude and Nasty, until she finds out you can be too! Lol DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WASTE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE INTO THIS DUMP!!!!!!!!!!

The most unprofessional complex I have ever encountered. The staff is rude and incompetent and if you bring up your issues with how the staff acts with management, they take no responsibility and will give you a letter saying you may not renew your lease. So basically if you live here you have to put up with horrible maintenance and management or else be threatened to get kicked out. Absolutely horrible, do not under any circumstances move here. The buildings are gross and never cleaned, not to mention the inside of the apartment itself is falling apart. I hate this complex so much.
