I’ve never rented from budget before, but due to a family emergency I had to and let tell you it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Both ladies there were caring and very helpful to me needing a car last minute. A lot of reviews are misleading and shouldn’t be taken seriously. Please visit the location for yourself.

Several terrible experiences at this location. Staff is VERY unprofessional especially the Indian Lady (can't remember her name). Rude when asked if i could leave my car there instead of just explaining the reasoning. Had to drive back home and uber back to budget. Cars are also not clean and has maintenance light on. The staff doesn't care when mentioned. The staff also had many customers waiting when opened at 8 am one morning. They showed up at 8:35 am and offered no apology whatsoever. I will never ever do business with this location again and will not recommend.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.. I reserved a car for 5 days brought it back 3 days early and they say I cannot get my refund because it was prepaid. I have reached out to an attorney and the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!
