Edgar Vivas maintenance man at mulberry place is hard worker and does a great job him and his supervisor Roberto Avistizgbal are good at what they do they both try their best to help the tenants here at mulberry place and do not complain about doing their job i am truly grateful to be here and the staff is good at their job too, thank for job well done.

I'm a tenant at another Dominium property, and they sent Roberto from Mulbery in Lawrenceville to complete a service request. He did an amazing job, & was very professional. Dressed the part, in uniform too! I love the idea as to upon completion of the task at hand, he left a completion ticket for my records! This has never happened before!!! Thank you Roberto!! Great job!!!! Hopefully this property can find a maintenance superstar like Roberto for us too.

Depends on what apartment your looking for. I know there is a 3 bedroom available in our building. The requirements are very easy to get approved in my opinion. It's based basically off what you make. But you can't make more than the allotted money for the amount of people that are on the lease. Example: 4 people in a 3 bedroom you can't make more than like $44k in a year with combined income of everyone. If that makes sense. Best thing to do is just come in and ask all your questions.
They have started towing cars so you have to be careful parking now
They go by income here. They also take into account your credit score and rental history, so it's hard to say if you would qualify solely on income alone. Best thing would be to come visit and talk to a staff member.
No killings. You occasionally hear guns from Magnolia Village. I was over there once to pick up some fabric from a friend and almost drove into a shoot out. Guy got shot on the stairs here last year.
