This roach infested apartment complex is horrible. Keep raising the rent but can’t get rid of the roaches. The don’t work with when you are suffering a hardship. We pay a lot of money for nothing but a dog park and a kids park!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The absolute worst apartment we have ever lived from the leasing staff on up to corporate. Sulman and Adriana not helpful at all! We had a mold invested apartment no help I had two small kids they pretended to care then rented out the apartment we were supposed to transfer to. We moved out in Oct it is now the end of January still have not received our deposit back. Management Ronald came out to see the mold and how the ceiling was falling never heard from or seen him again. The corporate office will not call you back after you call to make a complaint. My 6 mo old baby when on a nebulizer from all the mold. Then Sulman told us she didn’t want to return our insurance adjuster call because she didn’t want us receiving any insurance payout from the damages. TERRIBLE place to live.

I dont know where to start. I have spent time reading these comments and can honestly say I'm not sure where people get giving a 5 star review for this complex. There is an obvious expectation that comes with an apartment complex and apartment in general. Although the staff at this particular complex is grossly unorganized as well as unprofessional, in the past year THE KEY TO MY APARTMENT has been LOST or as they like to put it "misplaced", OR literally left hanging in my door the entire day after a scheduled maintenance visit. As unsettling as this is to a tenant it seems to be not that big of a deal to staff as I was just recently laughed at over the phone for voicing my concerns for my families safety. I hope if you're considering renting here you get yourself ready to stay on top of things that the complex themselves should be taking care of. Since my key has been lost by the complex I now mis out on my weekly post Maintenance that is paid for in the rent. And am told they will need me to come so they can copy my key for Maintenance to resume next week. Absolutely unacceptable, renters beware.
