This is by far the worst apartment complex. When I first moved in it was under different management. After Sync took over it was down hill from there. The upkeep of the complex is horrible but yet the rent keeps increasing. I have had to step over dried vomit for the past 6wks, but no one wants to address that. You are charged ridiculous fees for every little thing. I was charged a $100 fee for a system error. It declined my card twice for an incorrect CVV code, when in fact it was a glitch in their system. The staffing in the office are rude and of no help. If you are considering moving here please reconsider there are better rentals in the area. I will definitely be moving once my lease is up in another month. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I have been trying to understand how the agents in the leasing office can be so incredibly rude I called and spoke with a agent (not Parris) in regards to an email just to get clarification that’s it The attitude was completely uncalled for then she tells me I’m being combative which I’m assuming she doesn’t know the definition of because I was being assertive in trying to under the context of the email sent to me it’s that simple. Also nothing is ever really addressed very very loud thumping music being played at odd hours in building number 800 a cop lives in the building but I’m assuming he’s there for decoration only because nothing has been resolved nasty stains on the stair well huge spider webs in the stair well they never power wash the breezeways except for once a year that’s it When cortland partners were the residential company they understood how to run a complex properly this residential company has made it abundantly clear that they don’t care and will never care I’ve been living here since 2015 to be exact so I’ll end this review here word of advice to the lady with the nasty attitude at the leasing office understand that leasing agents come and go you might want to try to be nice or at the very least be professional because HR at sync residential clearly replaces people more than some people change undergarments…understand that If I could I would move Immediately! Since good tenants like me are not appreciated at all

Don't even waste your time going here the assistant manager (Paris) she is something else I applied for an apartment here she text me the next day saying I was denied and I will receive an adverse action letter within in 48 hours to my email and that they do not provide denial reasons inside the office the next day she called me and ask could I provide them a copy of my social which I emailed over after that she told me to bring a copy into the office which I dropped a copy off the next day she sent another text message saying hey there, I do apologize, you were still not approved. She is so unprofessional with all the going back & forth in text messages I don't understand why she couldn't just pick up the phone and give me a call.

I absolutely love the way landscape and the apt looked. I thought about putting in an application but they use a system. That require you to login to your bank accounts on their platform. There is no way around it. Also I was told if you have anything on your credit report. To pay them off before applying. Which was great information They don't take, because you might be denied. paper documents or check stubs. If you don't give them access to your bank accounts. Your application will be denied and you application/ administration fee will be nonrefundable. .Therefore if you receive multiple sources of income with paper check stubs. They will not accept your documents on paper. Only on whatever they get access to through your bank accounts. I am not worried about being denied, yet that is too much access to my information. Also a easy access for identity theft/ scamming me through my bank account. When you sign up for a bank account. What does your banker tell you? Do not give anyone you login credentials or use it on Any other site other then the bank website. Just a note when you sign in with your bank credentials. The 3rd company will have access to all of your banking information . After reading the reviews. It kinda of turned me off.. when I seen that ppl writing reviews about them being charged $350 and scam out of money. Just not a potential situation I would like to be in. Yet if their was another way around giving them my information. I probably would have applied. The community is very beautiful though.
