It's awesome,except for Carol and her dogs ,she is on the second floor and they bark all day and people in and out all day. She takes advantage of my friends that live here , I wish she would move so I can get my vintage family back together

I love the Vintage at Richland. Shonna And other staff are friendly and caring. I feel safe and happy and proud to call this my home. It makes my family members feel better knowing I’m here too as they know I’m in a good place with caring people. The building is well-maintained clean and cared for. The staff take the time to talk and chat and become a friend as well as staff. Highly recommended. Thank you to everybody here who makes me feel at home and cared for. God bless.

My mom moved into vintage at richland senior community over the summer and we love it. All of the amenities were closed down when she moved in from covid restrictions. But now they are able to go sit and visit each other in the social room down stairs and use the fun amenities they have to offer. My mom couldnt be happier! Rent prices are great and staff is friendly & helpful!!

This Owner is not maintaining the building, the decks, nor the air conditioning in the public spaces. There is only part time help to clean the public areas so the floors and walls are dingy. The maintenance consists of one very hard working person but there are too many units. The halls are musty where the air conditioners are not running so there is concern mold is growing. The outside Terraces and decks are rotting and remain in disrepair for years. Someone is going to get hurt. If you have a loved one considering this place, keep looking. They have cut all services and maintenance. It seems only a matter of time before it is shut down due to the risks to the older population who lives here.
