Wilbur Manor Apartments

I heard you have to be getting disability benefits and your rent is a certain present of your check, and I'm not sure if there's any available.

Not all residents have kids, but there’s a long wait list for these.

This apartment complex is H. U. D. affiliated, so each tenants rental amount is calculated based upon their households income, household size, minus any deductions they may qualify for. There is also only 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartment units. Im not sure of October 2020s newly adjusted rent amounts have been increased to, however I believe that the maximum amount estimation for a 2bdrm apartment is roughly $700, and for a 3 bedroom unit may be around $900-1000.00/month, however I am not entirely sure what the current F. M. V. rental amounts changed to, and would recommend calling and hopefully getting ahold of any temporary office manager. Currently the complexes office manager has quit, along with as of late August the apartment complex is now under new ownership along with it will be going under some renovations&repairs beginning November
