Cheap rent. Decent. But don’t bother trying to communicate with the rental office or anyone from the office for that matter. They provide storage as a first come first serve basis in the attic. Recently, I went up to put some stuff away and found my lock cut open and on the floor because maintence was done. I was never informed this would happen and had no idea how long my personal belongings were left open for anyone in the unit to take. After trying countless times to get ahold of them they sent over a maintence man to give me a new lock as some sort of hush for their negligence. They’ve still never bothered to contact me back.

My gf lives here I tell them the place is full of nails from the roofers and they did nothing about. I come over and there are still piles of nails outside.. and the attics full of nails and shingles all over everyone's stuff. Also she is very clean and still gets roaches and you will to cuz of everyone around you...

The staf is not friendly maintenance is lazy the office is rude they have bed bugs in like every building every year they don't do nothing but have the grass cut and paint the parking lots windows cant even open properly nor can they stay up wouldn't recommend living there they'll rais your rent and clam they have to so they can cover costs of maintaining if the building weren't made out of bricks they wouldn't be standing the floors are so noise this place is a joke they just wanna steal your money for a door and one wall made out of paper blocking the hall way to your apt

This is the absolute saddest example of an apartment building I have ever seen in my life. The staff is lazy and I'm interested in their jobs. When you call the main office/reception they will never get back to you even if you leave your callback information. Very unprofessional. Anyone in their right mind would steer clear from this place. This place and it's staff is an absolute disgrace.
