This was my first apartment when I moved to MA. I absolutely loved this place, and I would have stayed longer if it wasn't so far from my work. The staff was so kind and helpful from when I signed my lease to when I moved out. My building was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend!!

My best friend and I fell in love with Princeton Bradford the second we saw it. Susan made sure to answer all of our questions in depth and was definitely a source of positivity and reassurance!! Good apartment and clean and secured area but very quiet at night so for those who want an active waking distance surroundings that's not the place to live...there is a plaza right across the street but doesn't have many options "7-11, pizza place, liquor store and few others"...also it takes like 45-60 mins drive to Boston "not on the traffic hours it takes more". Those r the reasons I gave 2 point coz I needed an active surroundings not that much of a residential area.

I moved into Forest Acres last year. I will admit that there were some issues, but the issues were addressed right away. The office staff are great, and the maintenance staff are great as well. I would recommend these apartments to everyone and anyone. I made a great decision by choosing Forest Acres for my children and I, and I hope this relationship continues to thrive and workout. On a side note: The only thing, so far, that has gotten me down was that the pool was not open this past summer. Unfortunately. But hopefully this upcoming summer is different. Thank you Forest Acres, and its wonderful staff, for being the best that I have encountered thus far. :)

There is a bus station at the end of the street, and the train station is less than a mile away.
These apartments were built from 1967 -1972 We update apartments as needed on apartment turn.
Apartments come furnished with a gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are not built-in microwaves or in-sink garbage disposals. Most appliances are the GE brand.
We have washers and dryers available in 16 buildings throughout the community. Apartments do not have individual washers/dryers.
We have charcoal grills and picnic tables throughout the property for resident use.
We do not currently provide valet trash service, but we do have trash and recycling dumpsters on site.
We have limited storage throughout the property. It is an additional $30 per month
We require you to pay the first month's rent and a security deposit. We do not collect last month's rent before move in.
We currently allow 12 - 24-month lease options to meet your needs.
