This has to be the worst counseling service I have dealt with ever! If you use this service you must call a week ahead of time for medications but be prepared to be accused of abusing your medications for calling early like I was. The following month I waited till the day my medication was due and then had to wait another 4 days without any medication and so far this month it's 5 to 6 days. I understand they must be very overwhelmed by how the things are today plus they are understaffed. I am currently 5 days overdue on getting my prescriptions filled and they told me they wouldn't fill them until we had a phone consultation and they would get back to me most likely either today or tomorrow. No one should have to wait this long for bipolar medication and or ADHD medication. What do I need to lock myself in my house? If I snap I am going to have my attorney eat them alive. They know of the misunderstanding and are doing absolutely nothing about it which 9 me how much they care about my well-being. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I went there originally to get help with abuse I'm dealing with. By the time they did their sorting hat routine (by a very disorganized person who had me sit there during my time while they learned how to work their phone, causing me to have to return again) I was diagnosed with cancer. I had immediate surgery coming up around my counseling appointment. My therapist called and bugged me to come in before for a pep talk, etc. Then proceeded to tell me about her own surgery and gaslit me about myself trying to talk. Overall, I left feeling much worse than when I started with them. Would NOT recommend. Find somewhere better. My .02

This is the absolute worst facility. Not one person in need should ever be referred here. They will cause you more mental anguish than provide any help at all. All the front desk and incapable receptionists should be fired.

Started going to a therapist there in August 2018. Judy is a very nice, non judge mental person. Ashley, the nurse practitioner who prescribes meds is also a great person to work with. However, things took a turn for the worse in my mental health and I had to be hospitalized. Thankfully, I was sent to the Partial Hospitalization Program at Arbour Counseling in Haverhill once I was discharged. I think I have about 3 days left in the program and it has been so helpful. I’ve been able to work on my coping skills, they’ve been helping with my meds and also with case management. The PHP not only provides care to the patients but they also provide transportation and food! The only reason this is getting 4 stars and not 5 is because the parking situation isn’t the best, and the prescriptions are all done by paper. They don’t really do anything electronically which can be concerning, but I learned to deal with it.

yes
They only have a day program. Unless your insurance runs out. Then your cured.
Yes, but I recommend not using the parking lot and parking on the street because it is very small and people like to park behind others and people tend to get stuck.
There is an on-site psychiatrist who can write prescriptions for mental health issues requiring medications. I cannot guarantee they will write you a script for exactly what you are looking for, but yes they are capable of doing so.
Yes.
