IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW HOW VETERANS NORTHEAST TREATS THERE PEOPLE ASK THE RESIDENT ? ASK THE ELDERLY VETERANS HOW THEY ARE TREATED . VETERANS HAVE PASSED AWAY UNNOTICED , THE LEADERS ARE NEVER THERE , WENT TO SEE THE DIRECTOR WAS TOLD WAS NOT IN THEN WISPERED THAT HE PLAYS GOLF EVERY MONDAY AND IS NEVER IN . CASE MANAGERS NEVER RETURN CALLS AND NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE . I RESIDED THERE FOR OVER A YEAR AND WALKED IN AND THEY SAID I COULD NOT BE THERE THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW I LIVED ON THER PROPERTY . FACTS ARE FACTS WHEN MR RUTKA RAN THAT AGENCY WITH HIS GUYS NOBY WENT WITH OUT . THE NEW PEOPLE COUD CARE LESS.

Worked for this company for a little over 3 years and as soon as the executive director sadly passed and the new one stepped in, he imediately fired/layed off over half of the current staff including myself because of a “budget cut” then proceeded to hire a bunch of people he knew personally to replace all of us. A bit rude and odd but seems like he doesn’t care about his staff or vets in general. I would recommend donating anything you have to another veterans agency.
