The new owner is a nice guy with good prices. Unfortunately the crew he uses to do the floor instillation are not good. They made a lot of mistakes and were complaining throughout the entire job. Thanks for all the cigarette butts! My daughter is still finding them in the yard. Do not use his sub contractors. Hire your own.
