Customer service at this location is fantastic. I showed up with a heavy bulky oddly-shaped item and a shipping label and was helped to find a box that fit, extra tape applied, and bubble wrap added so my package gets there safely. It was a pleasant experience and I prefer to use this shipping center because of that.

I called to let you guys know how you need to get new employees! I was on hold for over two hours. The drivers put a package in my mailbox which is against the law ! Then they stepped all over it and clearly dropped it many times ! This is absolutely uncalled for .
