Absolutely abysmal experience at this mechanic. Generally terrible customer service and prices at many Meineke branches in the past, but it is after this instance that I will never go back. While I may appear to have zero understanding of repairs and maintenance, I can assure you that control arms for an '08 vehicle do not cost $300 each and that a replacement gasket for exhaust is not $99. In contrast, all the same parts are sold online for less than $130 total. I understand you are trying to make a living, but a little integrity goes a long way. Not to mention that, after the initial inspection, they expect you to wait 1 month for the re-inspection because they are "booking out." Most reputable mechanics do a simple check free of charge at a short time soon after you complete the repairs, but not Meineke. The only redeeming quality of the experience was that the employee I interacted with was respectful and courteous. I wish anyone the best in their endeavors in finding an honorable mechanic they can depend on.

Got back from trip realized break where acting weird out of the airport and these guys took time at the end of a busy work day to help me out and ensure my family and I could safely finish our journey home! The service was excellent and the car 🚘 was in perfect condition. The snow tires were removed and the regular tires rotated and installed properly. The service men checked my records and noted I needed an inspection. So an inspection 🧐 was performed.

This is my go-to shop for all out-of-warranty cars. They are the best I have found. A few years ago, the a storm knocked out electricity in Southern Maine. With no way to run their computers (or process payments) these guys stayed open doing repairs. They just called for billing later. That is great customer service. They got me as a customer forever after that. I trust then completely. That’s not something I would say about any other repair facility, including the dealers. Their work is also top-notch and they absolutely stand by it. Need a repair, these are the guys. JT.
