Just to weigh in against the recent negative reviews, I had a great time today working through renewing my passport (getting my photo taken and using the computer workstations to print documents). Excellent customer service here!

I have been using FedEx Office services for a number of years. I'm at the Monument Square facility in Portland, Maine at least a half-dozen times a year for fairly hefty orders.. The quality and service have always been really good. The staff people are knowledgeable and helpful, and have put in extra effort on a number of occasions. I recommend them highly.

Shockingly bad service. Stood in front of counter for ten minutes, before employees deigned to notice that a line of four people had formed. Staff moves at glacial speeds. It is always astounding when a line actually moves BACKWARDS at a store, as it did, today They then claimed to not be able to read a passport drive that had been purchased less than half an hour before, and had been tested on both PC and MAC. It was a complete waste of a half-hour of my life.
