When I tell you that these guys are truly a professional and ethical organization, I MEAN IT! John Beckman took my call to rescue the crating of some machines that a carrier failed to crate as promised. When Noyes got the machines, the first thing John did was call me and tell me that he could not, in good conscious, finish these using the pallets they were on and would need to start from scratch... ...Needless to say, I was expecting the typical, "your new quote is going to be $!!!!!!" but that is not what I got. Instead, he says he quoted what he quoted and would get the job done, but may need an extra day (this was after asking a couple questions of possible alternative methods)... Then comes the work of TIM PARKER, who was the man in charge of the actual crating. This man is an artist! Those machines got consolidated from 4 skids to 1 crate (and not exceeding LTL dims for extended dims) and could have gone on horse drawn wagon making its way to "Frisca" on the pioneer trail and probably would have been operational upon arrival. TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR BUSINESS and you will not regret. *And I promise you that I am in no way affiliated, just extremely pleased and if I ever have business in their area again, they will be the first I call.

Starting with the office staff, specifically Charlotte, who was so helpful and accommodating for scheduling the move to coordinate with my arrival to Portland to move my father.
