yes its a public dog park. small section for small dogs and larger section for all sizes, which access to the creek for dogs to swim.
Yes you can use the park if you're not from the area. There is no admission fee. It's free! Just be kind and considerate of your neighbors, scoop the poop. Also parking is limited so be sure to read the signpost or they will ticket faster than a barefoot jackrabbit on a hot greasy griddle in the middle of August.
