Hi James, we provide our meal and other services from 8 - 10 every day. Showers begin an hour early at 7 a.m., Monday through Friday, to allow for more showers. I encourage you to arrive early so that you can get on the list. We provide everything you need for the shower and will provide clean clothes and launder the ones you're wearing, if needed. Ask for Wayne, our shower monitor, and he'll get you settled.
