My husband and I are 73 years old, and became tired of taking care of a beautiful home with a wonderful water view. We looked everywhere for a Independent Living Facility with view of the Ocean or the Gulf. We found the Oaks of Clearwater. What a beautiful view of Clearwater Beach and the Gulf of Mexico from our 15th floor apartment. All apartments have a water view, but ours is fantastic. We have met so many great people and have made so many friends. Our Activity Director has so many things to do on our monthly calendar, we can not do them all. We just had a Luau today,. The Chef and entertainment were fantastic. We love it.

The residents always seem so happy, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about them. Looks like a wonderful forever home for your loved ones.

DO NOT send you love ones here. Go anywhere else if you love them. In 4 months my mother who is a resident on the 2nd Floor Skilled nursing unit has mysteriously fallen twice, leading to a serious head injury and a fractured femur. The staff on this floor does not care. Easter Sunday when I noticed my mom was injured and felt she needed to see a doctor, I notified her nurse Carly Duncan and the response was " Not sure what you want me to do about it, I don't know about any injury and the physician isn't on duty until tomorrow" When we went into my mom's room her bed was covered in what appear to be urine stains and a dirty adult diaper just sitting on the bedding. When trying to figure out what happened either time it was said that it was unwitnessed an no one knew. But my mom is wheelchair bound and can not transfer on her own, so how does one fall and its not noticed when she does not have the ability to stand or get herself back into the chair or the bed. The 2nd floor is over crowded and understaffed. Staff is rude. Meals get missed. Meds get missed. Please for the safety of you loved ones go anywhere else.

Horrible costumer service here.Im doing a one on one with a patient here. The nursing assistant came in the room did not acknowledge me there.I said good morning to her didn't even look at me just wrote on the paper and walked out close th door behind her.I've been a C.N.A for 26yrs and never do I act like that to any visitors. Disappointed. Wonder how they act toward the residents if that's how they treat visitors. If you have no hearts for a visitors and basically you have no hearts for patients too,you are in the wrong field.

Surprisingly affordable!! You can call them for pricing, they don't hide it from you or make you do kart-wheels to get to it :)
Yes cats are accepted and also small dogs in the Villa Apartments
Don't know give them a call
Keep calling text leave voicemails
I've never seen the parking lot flood, but I do know the building is built on a huge hill so the water would literally need to rise 50ft to get to the building... so unlikely
They have transportation that I see running all the time. The marketing team was super friendly and willing to help so I would guess they are... call up and ask them - they're not pushy or gimmicky!
Our property is right on the water however we don't recommend you go swimming there! We don't have a pool, we do take weekly trips to local swimming centers for our residents.
Very. Our staff did an incredible job through last years hurricane working straight through the night to ensure our residents were safe. We're happy to say we had no injuries or hospitalizations during the storm and had very minor damage to our property.
