This is a community with personal touch and care. The family ownership and management really shows. The tenants are very friendly and active, the park is clean, neat, overall well maintained and cared for. The manager Michelle is friendly and helpful. This park looks like a nice place for seasonal visiting or retirement. Heads up!!

55 plus modular/mobile home park comprising 200+/- homes centrally located in Clearwater Florida close to beaches and within easy driving distances of all major theme parks including Busch Gardens, Disney World, universal etc... Tampa international Airport is only 15 minutes away and St. Pete's Clearwater airport even closer. Family owned and operated, Twin Lakes is beautifully maintained. Facilities include newly renovated pool, full service Club House, laundry facilities and Shuffleboard courts. With their golf league, beading classes, exercise classes, Bingo, euchre, street dances and all kinds of social events and dances, this is a wonderful place to stay, either as a full time resident or as a Snowbird.

Lot rental is $535 a month as of March 2020
We're only able to rent for at minimum of 2 months..
Sorry we do not allow dogs but you may have two indoor cats or quiet birds.
Current lot rent as of April 2022 is $570. but we will have an increase in July 2022 to $615. Our lot rent includes water, sewer, dumpsters for you to take your household garbage and year round lawn mowing. We are an active 55+ community. Let us know if you have anymore questions.

Our homes usually range from about $20,000 - $150,000. We are family owned and operated so our community is always kept in excellent shape. We take pride in our community and the residents who live here.

NO fishing in ponds
No annual rentals; seasonal only. Rents vary per home owner. There are homes for sale by owners and a few by the park owners. You can contact the office for a list. The park is family owned and well maintained with affordable lot rent and many amenities. Well worth looking in to. We have been here 5 years and are very happy and satisfied owners of a home here.
