I have lived here for 4 years. I LOVE this park, unfortunately I am moving due to job. The manager Janet has been absolutely the BEST AND MOST AWESOME. she has guided me and my buyer step by step. Making sure everything is correct and process was easy. Janet is an asset to the Park. Thank you for all you do, Janet, to make this a better place to live. Robert 207

Moved in two years ago and every year the rent went up at least $100, so had to sell and move. Sold my place last April and cannot get realtor or whoever is the manager - doesn’t answer door or phone and never returns messages. Need to get rid of her fast. I have been trying since April to get back my prorated rent but she does not answer realtor or my messages. Really tired of wasting my time going there to have her not bother to open the door. Gonna want my money back plus interest since it has been months!! Called Lakeshore just to leave a message with them too. Does anybody answer anymore. Very poor business ethic!!!!!!!!

Lakeshore Management DBA Twin Palms Community Clearwater FL AKA Lakeshore Communities INC only cares about $$$ and treats their help worse than the residents. I'm glad I was able to sell my home to a neighbor and get out of there, but the manager told my buyer FL state law says he can not own two mobile homes. They wanted me to default on the rent or abandon my home so they could slap liens on it to resell themselves. Stay away from Lakeshore Management slums at all cost!

Questions & Answers

Why does Lakeshore who owns many mobile home parks in the area have the worst ones. I heard they now charge higher lot rent than most other parks and only cut the lawn every 3 to 8 weeks. I will never buy a place in any of the communities

I wouldn't live at any of these places too many rules , some enforced and others ignored, snowbirds that act like little tyrants

How is it here
