Just signed the contract!! The experience was professionally managed by our sales person, Luci Norlin. She took us thru the numerous steps in a very controlled manner that reduced the stress of a major decision. Beside the excellent facilities and activities, she introduced us to members of the staff and residents., all of whom could not say a enough good things about Regency Oaks. Now the ball is back in our court for us to actually move. But here again, Luci is aligning the resources to make it happen. Can't wait to become an active member of the Regency Oaks' family!!

We’re new residents at Regency Oaks and we’re both happy to be here. Moving to a retirement community was a difficult decision to make, but you couldn’t ask for a better person to guide you through this life-changing process than our sales agent Luci Norlin. There were no pressure tactics — only a calm, understanding voice, willing to answer any questions. When we moved in, we had horrible movers (our choice — we had had good moves with them before). Luci was there with a shoulder to cry on (literally) and arranged to have meals delivered to our room while we recovered. We have been in our apartment for 2 months now and we are happy with our decision. Residents and staff are all welcoming and kind. We have a garden plot in the Regency Oaks garden for fresh greens. Zeljko in the fitness center is helpful and a delight. Ricky and Johnny and the dining room staff serve up varied and delicious meals. There are an abundance of activities to keep you busy and you can be as busy or as introverted as you like with no pressure. When we looked at Regency Oaks in 2013, we decided we weren’t ready yet, but we always remembered how special the health care facility was — it had a warm, caring feeling about it. We remembered that when we looked again last fall at different CCRC’s and the facility here is still special. It gives us great peace of mind to be surrounded by caring people ready to help when we need it. Jim and Lee Anderst

After losing my wife to colangiocarcinoma (liver cancer) and living alone in a four-bedroom house for more than a year and a half, I moved to Regency Oaks. After living here for two months, I have been very impressed with the services available and the individuals in charge of them. All are very positive and friendly. In addition, I have had the opportunity to meet new friends. Making a life-changing move was difficult for me emotionally but I know that I made the right decision, under my circumstances, to move to Regency Oaks where I feel very welcomed.

My dad was brought to Regency Oaks for rehab, he is 90 years old with dementia. The entire staff starting with the front desk receptionists, the nursing assistants, nursing staff, the activities manager, the rehabilitation staff, social worker and facility directors were all excellent, they were attentive to my dad's needs and also communicated with me daily. All shifts including weekend staff was exceptional. The staff will work with family members and are flexible to accommodate the patients needs. My dad was discharged to an assisted living facility. I did not have any negative experiences. I would highly recommend Regency Oaks.
