Nice small scale senior community tucked away in a park like setting. Staff were all quite friendly. Dissapointed with their 2 bd RM floor plan as they are a bit dated & closet space was minimal. The hallways to the apartments are very spacious & inviting, but dimly lit. The main common areas (lobby & dining room) had horrible acoustics and a sub par interior design aesthetic. (The main lobby presents as a 2nd tier Time-Share). For what it costs to live their ... Not what I expected! Just the same, it is a diamond in the rough.

Just moved here. The community, Appartments, neighbors, and staff are over the top. Not one complaint. So helpful with everything. They've made this move so much easier. I couldn't ask for better anywhere. If you don't care about going to the beach, that's less than 4 miles away, enjoy the heated pool and Jacuzzi. Ask for Karen. She great.

Belleair Towers is a very welcoming place to walk into. Rick and Cindy always have a friendly hello when you step inside and they go out of their way to accommodate you in any way possible. The staff has also always been extremely helpful and friendly as well. It truly has a family atmosphere.
