Terry (owner and watchmaker) and his team provide excellent service. Whether you need a full blown refurbishment, or a new battery, they have the skills! Highly recommend!

I have a very unsatisfactory experience with this company. I would call them untrustworthy and deceitful. I sent my grandfather's heirloom gold Omega watch to them in July 2020. They still have not returned it to me. They also charged my credit card more than $200 to fix it. It is almost a year later and I still do not have the watch. For awhile, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic. Nearly a year later, I have lost my patience. They do not return phone calls. By happenstance, the owner, Terry, once picked up the phone. He was not familiar with the watch until I explained it to him. I began to wonder if he had the watch in his possession. He assured me he did. After a series of recent daily phone calls more than a month ago, Terry returned my call with a voicemail. He said that two restorers rejected the watch. He said the watch was in the possession of a third restorer who was going to fix it. Terry said he told the third restorer to make my watch a priority. The watch has tremendous intrinsic and sentimental value. I want the watch back fixed and returned to me. I'll also take it back unrepaired with reimbursement of the $200+ I paid them. It's been a year. Time is up.

Excellent communication. Excellent work. Highly Recommended. Sent my Condord C1 in for work. Needed many things including an overhaul, new sapphire crystal, new bezel, new buttons for stopwatch, and a complete refinishing of the stainless steel band and watch casing. Total time from estimate until I received the watch back was about 4 weeks. Given the amount of parts that were needed and work involved I would consider this a very fast turnaround. Watch came back LOOKING LIKE NEW. A previous incompetent concord jeweler who also worked on Concords had "shined" my brushed stainless steel band and shined off the brushed stainless steel look the watch had when new. The previous jeweler destroyed the original look of my C1. These guys at Swiss Watch Service Group completely restored the stainless steel brushed look on the watch band AND the watch case as it was when I purchased it new. Reasonable pricing for the work involved. Now when I say reasonable pricing, lets remember that Concord C1 parts are not cheap, a little pusher for the stopwatch is 500 bucks. All said, these guys obviously know what they are doing, are extremely professional and will be getting all of my future watch service work.

Questions & Answers

I have a 1960's era Hamilton Thinomatic. Is this something I could have serviced at your shop?

Hi Zeb, We can repair most watches, but be aware that parts for vintage Hamilton watches are scarce and no longer available from the factory. This can create substantial delays and expense in repairing a vintage timepiece. Please bring it by and leave it for and estimate . We will try our best to be of service!

The Swiss Watch Service Group,Inc. is a Rado authorized workshop. They can perform a series of tests to determine if the movement in your Rado watch needs more service than just putting in a battery. The factory also advises that gaskets and seals be replaced on a routine basis to maintain water resistance. The Swiss Watch Service Group uses only genuine parts to maintain Rado watches.

Would you happen to have a used link/screw for a Movado Sport Edition 84 G1 1892, part # 56904 1418? Movado has them but wants more for a link than I paid for the watch used! Ha!

Hi Lonnie, I don't think we have one in good condition. The link retails for $35.00

What phone number would I be able to contact to speak with the service manager? I have a question about a repair my store recently received from Swiss Watch Service Group Inc.
