Though I prefer the old building the library was in ( also on Drew Street ) it's still very nice here. The people that work here are really really wonderful! Helpful, patient and kind! Oh, according to their website they open at 7:30 a.m. ( it will even say "Open" if you go to their website after 7:30 a.m. ) however that is not accurate. They don't open until 10:00 a m. I went at 8:00 a.m. the other morning and found out the actual hours when the doors were locked and I called to see what was going on. Not a big deal, but the opening time should be corrected in the website.

It's the coolest library ever. The people there really care about those who visit the facility. They're always answering questions, talking friendly to everybody they deal with.

They have meeting rooms at the library. You probably should call to reserve.
I think while they were building the new site. I see now that it is no longer blocked off when driving past it on Drew Street heading East.
Opens at 9 am, I think it closes at 8 on M-Th and 5 pm F-Sun Not completely sure . Call them to be certain
These are standard study rooms with drywall, carpeting, and large, glass windows. There is no soundproofing. Loud voices would likely carry outside of the study rooms.
It is what is called a joint-use library, with resources for both students and the public, so the public is welcome! Please see the public library's hours here: https://www.myclearwaterlibrary.com/about/locations-and-hours.

Not very many, Dunedin or Palm harbor public libraries are probably your best chance in northern Pinellas county.
