Just finished my purchase with Jim Drake for my new Chevy Colorado. Back in 2019 my family was searching for a gently used suv with the bells and whistles. Looked all around town before a friend recommended talking to Robert B. We went and saw him at Petersen Chevy and to say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He genuinely wanted to help me find a car so bad that he went to another Petersen Dealership to show me a specific car from the other lot.
