They went above and beyond on my order. I ordered a Taylor Made Hi Toe Wedge. Since I wanted custom specs and a custom shaft, Wide World of Golf had TM build and send me the wedge directly. TM sent me the wedge via FedEx, who lost/damaged it. I let this WWoG know that the tracking # showed the package as lost. WWoG immediately called TM and had them RUSH a new wedge to me. I received this just in time for my Father's Day golf tournament. This was the very definition of great customer service. Thank you WIDE WORLD OF GOLF CUSTOM!! I will buy from you again. What a great experience and education received from the folks at Wide World of Golf! It has been about 30 yrs since I bought my Callaway S2H2 clubs and ALOT has changed in that time. The team at Wide World took the time to educate, test and try out a number of the newest clubs on the market. After several visits Alec personally walked me thru the testing, fitting and ordering of my new clubs. Can’t say enough about the quality customer service provided at Wide World! Highly recommend that you go visit Alec, John or Mark at Wide World to get your game going!

I cannot think of one negative thing to say about this place. I have heard horror stories about various different pro shops when it came to getting clubs fitted and pricing. I've needed a new set of irons for some time, and I skeptically walked into Wide World just to look around. I was immediately impressed by their selection and their pricing. After trying a set in their simulator, I couldn't part with them but I didn't want tp pay extra to get fitted. No additional charge for fittings?! I had to do it. Mark was especially helpful getting me fitted. I didn't feel any pressure like I would expect from a salesman, instead he was helpful and patient. He even threw in any discount codes he could to make walking out with the clubs more possible in an attempt to make my wife feel more at ease with the decision! I live all the way in Pocatello and I would still refer anyone to this store.

Hi Cary, as long as the shaft is not broken inside of the club head, we should be able to repair that. If the shaft is broken, we would have to send it back to the manufacturer to be fixed.

Absolutely. And in some cases, take it to the course for a demo for your round of golf. They are awesome to work with.
Yes, we can cut down those clubs and regrip them for you. If we save the grips on the clubs, it costs $4.99 per club to cut them down. If we install new grips, it costs $0.99 per club to cut them down, plus the cost of the new grip. Our grip prices range from $6.99-$14.99 per grip, depending on the model.
Hi Brenda, We don't do any re-shafting in store, but we can send that driver back to Ping to be re-shafted by their custom department.

Yes, we currently have them available in white. We are an authorized FootJoy retailer, so we can also special order any of the other colors and sizes that FootJoy offers.
