Very kind and understanding. I have been on a bad journey with my teeth for many years and they gave me knew information that will help me that I should have already been told by other dentist. They never rushed me and answered my questions to a tee. Wonder staff and knowledgeable dentist.

First visit with this staff, they were wonderful. The waiting area was clean and bright. Tina was very friendly and patient with me, I always forget to sign all the forms. Fantastic customer service. The hygienist was awesome explained everything ang gave me the specialist referral's info, didn't have to search myself. I highly recommend these dental professionals.

Coast Dentil is the worst dentist office I have ever experienced in my life. The where not honest about the cost associated with there work until after the work was done. They also said the work was covered under my insurance and it was not. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I switched to a different dentist but I had to go back 4 times because the crowns they put on kept falling off. If you want your teeth all messed up and want to deal with a bunch if incompetent, rude and unprofessional office people this is the place for you. They deserve zero stars and this place should be shut down.

the two desk ladies were the absolute worst and rudest ever, gap tooth and a blonde blue eyed. they canceled the wrong appointment and then had to reschedule mine. i made an appointment and they should be ready for me at around that time. inconvenient and so unprofessional. i don’t have time tk waste. after they got my insurance card again and rescheduled they told me I never even canceled the appointment, which they did. and the. had to take their issues with IT. and then proceeded to claim they said things they never said. i canceled mine and my family members appointments and am finding a new dentist. i do not deal with ignorance or ppl who are going to laugh at costumers at 40 years of age. pure incompetence. ur workers really do lose ur business.
